SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Correos España with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Please also note that shipping rates vary, many items we sell are sent weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, some weights may be rounded up to the next full kilogram. For outside Spain mainland destinations some companies ship by size, volume and weight, this will be made known when reply is sent confirming any shipping enquiry received by us from the contacts page.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Collectis Girona should be notified via email within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing. We will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. Should a replacement model not be available a full refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Collectis Girona in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email we within 30 days from the date of purchase. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded within 7 days off receipt of goods returned.
