MIDDLE EAST COUNTRY: ORDER OF VALOR. 2ND CLASS WITH SILVER STAR EMBLEM ON RIBBON.
Established in 1964, it is awarded in three grades, according to rank. The medals differ in size, corresponding to the class of decoration:
- 1st Class: For officers. With the silver palm emblem on the ribbon.
- 2nd Class: For non-commissioned officers (NCOs): With the silver star emblem on the ribbon.
- 3rd Class: For other ranks.
Made of gold-colored metal alloy with green enamel.
Approximate weight: 27 g. Measures 5 cm x 5 cm. Medal ribbon with two-pronged mounting pin.
Used. No box.
