Polish departmental award of the PRL period, broadcast to honor the well-deserved activists of the Ochotnicza Rezerwa Milicji Obywatelskiej "ORMO"(Volunteer Reserve of the Citizens' Militia)
The badge has two versions, the early one hangs on metal bar, the later variation has a ribbon.
