Was established of 12 April 1974 and replaced the previous badges for 10 and 20 years in the Service of the Nation. Was repealed on December 1990.

Awarded to officers of the Citizens Militia, officers, ensign and non-commissioned officers of military units subordinate to the Minister of the Interior and other employees distinguished themselves in the performance of tasks in the protection of peace, order and public safety.
