The award was given in honor of the strategic missile submarine named after the Holy Warrior George. It was launched in 1980 and still serves regularly in the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation

Made of alloy gold metal and blue enamel. Diameter: 32mm. Aluminum suspension.
