Rusty silver cross, with gold fillet and equal arms; in the centre appears also a gold crown; by means of a golden ring it hangs of a blue ribbon, with white list in the centre, of a quarter of the total and passed by a buckle of gold from current type.

Cross awarded to personnel who, having been proposed for promotion or for the Military Medal, do not fully accomplish the indicated conditions. Boxed. Well preserved! In very good condition.
