Soviet Military Long Service Award, given to meritorious members of the military personnel of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Protection of Public Order, in recognition of 10 years of faithful and impeccable service to the State.

Circular medal made of gilt brass with raised edge and star also in gilt brass. 32mm diameter.
